Where did JD's lawyers find these guys! They are absolutely murdering AH's witnesses.
This dude’s expert witness career is finished.
For a psychiatrist, he is unable to control his hands and facial expressions from loosing control is utterly strange

Shutter Island vibesYup, very telling indeed!
Are they sure he's the actual Dr rather than one of his patients escaped from a psych ward!
She seemed to get angry about a previous cross examination so I am guessing one party objected and had the deposition cut short before it was played? I'm not sure who was questioning her? She seemed to fire a bit of a headshot at Ambers sister though partway through that. What happened to that last witness, she justr dissapeared.
Apparently TMZ have just filed an emergency motion for protective order in relation to the confidentiality of the person who leaked one of the videos, if my understanding of the documentation is correct.
Quite telling…
SnapBasically they cut all her testimony because it was largely hearsay, basically stuff Amber told Whitney who told Howell.
You can read Jennifer Howells deposition though.

Claiming absurdly large amounts of damages make the case even more difficult to win, and much more likely to be dismissed outright. $50 million would already be the largest amount for defamation damages ever awarded in US history. If any damages are awarded to JD they will be substantially lower. Heard's $100 million countersue is even more unlikely to go anywhere. JD's lawyers likely advised him that $50 million was the maximum he could go for without risking an outright dismissal.Let’s not forget Johnny Depp was dropped by the Harry Porter franchise even tho JK Rowling supported him as well as disneys pirate franchise. $50mil seems light to me tbh. It should be close to $200m if he stayed at the both franchises
Yeah, this was my thought from day 1 but money isn't the biggest motivation here.Claiming absurdly large amounts of damages make the case even more difficult to win, and much more likely to be dismissed outright. $50 million would already be the largest amount for defamation damages ever awarded in US history. Yeah no doubt. Working out loss of income is highly speculative.Claiming absurdly large amounts of damages make the case even more difficult to win, and much more likely to be dismissed outright. $50 million would already be the largest amount for defamation damages ever awarded in US history. This is more about coming away with a positive image and I think the trial has already
improved things for Depp. Time will tell how this affects their careers.
